Refund policy
We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
To start a return, contact us at momentsofgifting@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If you do not see the refund in your account within 10 business days, contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at momentsofgifting@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after receiving it.
